Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number on our courier partner’s website to see the real-time location of your package.

We offer competitive shipping rates across Pakistan. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Keep an eye out for our "Free Shipping" promotions on orders above a certain amount!
3. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at cartybuk@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
